"Blogger Outs Fictional Twitter Lawyers" is headline for piece by Debra Cassens Weiss in the online ABA Journal. Weiss reports on how true- crime author Cathy Scott and lawyer-author Robert Ambrogi wrote pieces exposing lawyers Beatrice Bitcher and Richard Prickman, name partners in Bitcher & Prickman, for the cartoon characters they are. Bitcher and Prickman have their own micro-blogs on Twitter and some readers were not certain if they were real or fictional. See stories on pieces by Scott and Ambrogi, in this blog.

Ambrogi Blogs Bitcher-Prickman Expose'
Attorney and author Robert J. Ambrogi chronciles the adventures of Beatrice Bitcher and Richard Prickman on Twitter on Law.com's Legal Blog Watch. Ambrogi writes a wryand spirited recount of how true Crime author Cathy Scott fleshed them out as cartoon characters. He also tells how California attorney Victoria Pynchon got Bitcher to join the Professional Women's Network of Southern California. Ambrogi wraps it up in the end with a reference to North Carolina paralegal and author Lynne DeVenny semi-affectionate rant against Richard Prickman. Go to the Ambrogi's piece in Legal Blog Watch.

Scott Exposes Bitcher and Prickman
True crime author and journalist Cathy Scott exposes Beatrice Bitcher and Richard Prickman in her blog. Scott encountered Bitcher and Prickman on Twitter. She writes an ironic, amusing piece confirming that Bitcher and Prickman are indeed cartoon characters and not real Twitterers. Fun read. See Scott's Bitcher and Prickman expose'.
